✨ About the Workshop
Love is often framed through romance alone. This workshop takes a broader, more grounded approach — exploring love as an energetic and emotional experience that shows up in many forms, including self-love, friendship, community, and romantic connection.
The Energy of Love is a gentle, reflective, and experiential workshop that invites you to:
– explore what you may be ready to release or soften around love
– clarify what qualities you wish to invite in or strengthen
– work with crystals as supportive tools (not answers or fixes)
– create a small, intentional ritual you can continue working with after the class
No prior crystal knowledge is needed. This is a calm, inclusive space designed for curiosity, reflection, and embodied awareness.
🪨 What You’ll Experience
A guided reflection to help you name what you’re releasing and what you’re inviting in
An introduction to crystals through four support lenses (grounding, heart healing, embodiment, and clarity)
Time to sense into and choose crystals intuitively
Gentle anointing of your chosen stones with intention
Creation of a personal crystal pouch to take home

A folded intention card to keep with your stones
Use of vibrational sprays and/or oils during the workshop
Printed student manual to take home
Participants are encouraged to bring their own pen or pencil if they have a preferred writing implement.
