Thank you for your interest in participating in the Psychic & Holistic Wellness Fair. Please complete the application below. Space is limited and applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced and high-quality experience for attendees.

Reader & Practitioner Application Process:

Please complete the application below to be considered for the Psychic & Holistic Wellness Fair.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, a second form will be sent to you. This second form will collect your final event details, including your photo, short bio, appointment availability, requested break times, and any additional promotional information.

Practitioners offering wellness or hands-on services may also be required to provide proof of liability insurance.

A $50 non-refundable setup and marketing fee will be required with the second form after approval. This fee helps support event promotion, scheduling, administration, and participant website setup.

We are looking for vendors whose products align with the spirit of our event, including crystals, spiritual tools, handmade goods, wellness products, holistic items, art, jewelry, and other meaningful offerings.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, a second form will be sent to you. This second form will collect your final event details, including your business photo or logo, short vendor bio, product photos, booth setup information, electricity needs, and any additional promotional information.

Approved vendors will also receive booth fee details in the second form. Booth fees may vary depending on space requirements, table needs, electricity, or other setup considerations.

A $30 non-refundable setup and marketing fee will be required with the second form after approval. This fee helps support event promotion, administration, and participant website setup.
